About us
Established in 1998, EMSTEC supplies a wide range of components for the dredging as well as offshore oil industry and ship builders. As all of our products are custom designed, we are able to provide products suitable for all kinds of conditions.
The EMSTEC product range contains for example:
- rubber products such as rubber hoses, rubber profiles, fender systems and moulded rubber products
- piping components for the dredging industry
- steel constructions like turn key modules, machines and so on
- castings / forgings to clients specification
- oil transfer hoses in accordance to OCIMF/GMPHOM requirements
- hose handling equipment for the offshore industry
Throughout the years, we also obtained an extensive know-how of offshore engineering services which enabled us to cope with the following engineering tasks:
- finite element analysis
- computational fluid analysis
- complex engineering services
- visualization services
- steel construction
The EMSTEC headquarters are located in Oststeinbek, a suburb of Hamburg, Germany.
EMSTEC is engaged in the rubber business in cooperation with the China based Jiangsu Pacific Rubber Co. Ltd. The factory is producing under European production - and quality - management. There are 450 employees engaged within the manufacturing of big bore rubber hoses.
