EMSTEC steel pipes are customised, resilient and suitable for all kinds of applications and environmental factors. They are typically used for the transportation of dredging materials like mud and sand from the dredging site to the offloading area. For harder materials like rock, coral or even ore, EMSTEC steel pipes can be equipped with an additional rubber lining.

For additional buoyancy all steel pipe types can be equipped with EMSTEC floats.

Steel Pipes

Pipes are available in lengths of 2, 4, 6 and 12 m and with diameters of between 200 up to 3.400 mm — with or without flanges suit to customers requirements.

Flanges/Weld on Nipple

The components will be produced for adding/welding on afterwards on steel pipes.

The flanges /weld on Nipples are manufactured to customers requirements and international standards.

EMSTEC provides a variety of steel flanges such as slip on flanges, welded neck flanges etc. — either to industry standards or custom made.

Steel Pipe Bends

Steel Pipe Bends are supplied as welded segment bends or as casted bends in a wide range of materials.

Pipe Bends are build to customers specification in range from DN 300 mm to DN 1400 mm.

Y-Pipes

The Y-Pipes components will be manufactured for completion or to fit any pipe up to diameter 3.400 mm.

Y-Pipes will be produced to suit customer requirements, in particular angle and fitting dimension.

Y-Pipes are manufactured as welded or cast units to customer requirements. A wide range of materials is available to suit the required specification.
